Electrocardiograms are offered through our clinic. They have proven to be an essential tool in diagnosing heart conditions such as cardiac arrhythmias, electrolyte disturbances, and heart diasease. During the ECG, electrodes are placed on the pulse points located on each leg. The pulse is then transmitted to a team of skilled cardiologists via the telephone. The procedure of transmitting this information is known as Telemedicine.
After the procedure, we recieve a diagram, diagnoses, and recommended treatment protocol for your pet. We will then provide vital information regarding the well-being of your pet and prescribe the necessary medications.
