Christy Koch, Customer Care Representative
Christy joined us in June, 2007. Christy is one of our full-time customer care representatives.
Christy enjoys her job because Chilli Vet has a warm, family atmosphere. She also loves animals.
Christy enjoys scrapbooking when she not busy caring for her son Jayden. Chrsity owns 2 dogs, Jake, a Miniature Dachshund and CiCi, a Boston Terrier Mix and 2 cats, Misty, a female Siamese and Smokey, a female Black and Grey Domestic Shorthair.

Ryan Snodgrass, Customer Care Representative
Ryan joined us in 2009 starting off as a kennel assistant and working his way up to a customer care representative.
Ryan enjoys his job due to the fact that he takes pleasure getting to know our clients and their pets. Along with that, Ryan enjoys playing basketball, going to the movies, and listening to music in his spare time.
Ryan has two pets of his own 1 dog, Max, a Shih Tzu and 1 cat, Kelly, a White Domestic Shorthair.

Gretchen Martin, Boarding Coordinator and Customer Care Representative
Gretchen has been with Chillicothe Vet since October 2010. Gretchen stated the reason she loves her job are because of, "Our clients, our co-workers~we have a great team that works well together, the new challenges and adventures that everday brings and getting to know the patients, (dog whisper).
Gretchen has past experience working with animals when she worked at Glen Oak Zoo during her teenage years, making her a great asset to our team. In her spare time Gretchen enjoys spending time with her daughter, Bayley, photography, sewing and watching the Chicago Cubs baseball team and STL Blues hockey.
Gretchen has one daughter named Bayley. Bayley has four siblings, four-legged siblings that is. Mulan, an English Mastiff, Frankie, who is also our clinic kitty, a Domestic Short Hair, Curly, a Lab/Terrier mix and Ruby, a beagle.
Fun Facts about Gretchen include: Favorite animal: Hippo-they are more dangerous then Tigers/Lions. Fell in love with the Christmas song " I want a hippopotamus for Christmas." If given 1 million dollars: Pay off debt and take my daughter to Africa to ride an elephanit in the "wild". Dream vacation: Ireland/Australia Favorite food:Does cake count? My grandmother's cakes.
